2012 March in Colorado

Now that George is chairman of USHPA's Awards committee, he needs to attend the twice-yearly BOD meetings, and I go along as a member of his committee (I write the articles about awards recipients for the magazine). He gets his travel and lodging costs paid for as chair, but I have to pay for myself, so instead of flying to Colorado, we drove and then took a week's vacation at one of our WorldMark condos in Pagosa Springs. Sometimes Colorado in March can be horribly stormy, but this year we left the storms at home and enjoyed warmer-than-spring temps for our entire stay in Colorado.
